Busan, the 2028 World Design Capital, is seeking a pavilion system: a fixed pavilion and a mobile unit that can adapt to settings across the city. Stage 1 is an anonymous concept round open to domestic and international teams. Two teams advance to a paid four-week Stage 2 design development phase, from which one winner is chosen.
